A person needs their health to do activities.  There is no other way around it.

Being healthy will not guarantee how long a person’s life will be.  However, without health and depends on how bad it is, it will limit a person from where they can go, what they can do, and how long they can do it. 

There are multiple factors that can affect a person’s health.  To be healthy require judgement and wisdom in all aspects of a person’s life.  Understanding what you put in your mouth is important.  Know what you do is important.  Regulatory from self and related agencies are important.
